HELPING PATIENTS, HELPING COLLEAGUES

HELP SAVE SOMEONE’S LIFE!

Certified nursing assistants are working in a rewarding field that can open doors in more ways than one, and it is a job choice that can provide someone with a lifetime of opportunities.

Also known as nursing aides, they help provide personal care for patients in hospitals and residents of long term care facilities such as nursing homes.  They assist patients with feeding, personal grooming activities, or their need for mobility.

Employment in healthcare represents the largest growing sector in the US, adding more jobs than any other occupational group.   Healthcare occupations are projected to grow 19 percent through 2024.
